The connection was lost thrice during those four minutes. My guess
is that it was not due to data capping.

The results of a test for a twitch.tv connection to South Korea,
Singapore or Japan was not good [2]. If you (or anyone else) are
interested, how about testing from different ISPs in Mauritius and
comparing the results?
