Open Data and copyright

Hi Rajnish,

There is an informal message. In the interview (0:30 min) at
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ot5MkDGG8gI you gave a good
explanation about what is Open Data. You also commented that there
is no need to have copyright. In my opinion, there is a confusion
between copyright and licensing. For example, the "Creative Commons
Attribution 4.0 International Public License" is a license which
"applies for the term of the Copyright".

I would like to invite you to join the Mauritius Internet Users
mailing list as an observer. You will have the ability to comment if
you wish to do so.

I would also like to invite you to one of our weekly Skype
calls. The Skype call is informal. It is similar to the
conversation which we had yesterday. Please let me know whether you
