Hello Irshaad,

Thank you. I will try changing my IP Address next time I encounter such problems.

Kind regards,
Shelly.

Sometimes the Limited Connectivity is when your laptop is not able to resolve addresses (Quite technical I know, en dautre mots, cannot change for e.g google.com to it's IP address on the Internet to access it.)That's why I suggested to change to a fixed DNS Address.

Am confused. How will setting my laptop's IP address to a static one enable me to have better Internet connection or fix my limited Internet connectivity problem?

I would be grateful if you could provide me a non-technical answer.

Kind regards,
Shelly

Can you test the following please..
1. Set your laptop's IP to a Static IP address 2. Set the DNS Address to a static one, I prefer 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for testing purposes.
