It is not possible to assess what the "smart cities" is actually
about as there isn't even a consultation document about that. The
meetings seems investor-oriented. There hasn't been public comments
from businesses in different sectors. Would a meeting be viewed as
strategic if there isn't the discussion where the positive and
negative aspects are considered?
