Hi Benoit,

You can probably do that by putting the tp-link router behind the emtel
airbox. Then, you put all of your devices behind the tp-link router, and
cap the upload speed of tp-link, using fq_codel. It probably won't be as
effective, but you should be able to get some improvement.
