Goofs in the alleged ncbl.mu whois record

Hello,

Yesterday, following a press conference by lawyer Shakeel Mohammed
about an alleged document containing information regarding the
registration of ncbl.mu, several people on social networks started
asking questions. Some questioned about what is a whois record while
others asked about the authenticity of that document.
