As explained multiple times in previous emails, my complaint has nothing to
do with the availability of La Fibre in my locality. The issue is with the
price of my subscription, which is clearly unfair. I suggest you read the
complaint again and provide me with a valid answer. I reiterate that I am
unsatisfied with the answer provided by ICTA via you and I feel that my
case is being severely neglected.
It is also sad to see that it took you more than two weeks to quote the
same email and still not investigate my complaint further.
Is ICTA refusing to investigate the actual complaint?
