Strict cyber laws in Mauritius

Hello,

I was reading this article [1] on lexpress.mu and the following line
caught my attention:

        "Au chapitre du cyber crime, Roshi Bhadain a fait part d’un projet de
loi pour inclure des mesures plus strictes appliquées en Europe."

Is the minister referring to the amendments as proposed by the Law
Reform Commission?
