Your reply to all was also addressed to Emtel. I have asked the subscribers on the mailing list not to click on reply to all when a messages is addressed to anyone outside this mailing list. I have also asked the subscribers to include their name in the messages they send to the mailing list.
I would be grateful if we could agree on this.
