Technical standards for www.govmu.org

Hello,

I am doing some research on the technical standards used by web sites
in Mauritius. According to
http://www.ncb.mu/English/EPowering%20Public/Pages/default.aspx "the
NCB has set up and runs the Government Online Centre (GOC), the key
infrastructure supporting the e-Government Programmes and providing
secured online Government services round the clock".

I could not find any information about the technical standards used
for the www.govmu.org web site. Are there any technical standards
for the www.govmu.org web site?
