The author of the blog article is not subscribed to the mailing list.

I asked Shelly what the Mauritius Internet Users have achieved. Her
answer was: "nothing". About a week ago, Vincent Pollet asked a
question about participation in the various communities in
Mauritius. I suggested looking at the mailing list archive to get an
idea about participation.

Anyone interested in contributing to the internet in Mauritius can
subscribe to the mailing list.
