Let me disclose you that I'm also a web developer. As a web developer I can
pick the streaming link from the source of the webpage and play it on VLC
or SMPlayer, etc. Please find my screenshot - I'm too on Linux Mint 17.1

But my other friends (e.g. Shelly, CC'ed on this mail) will not be able to
find the link - they do not know how to search the link from the source,
nor they know about any web developer tools, etc. What can you do for my
friends?
