Hello All,

Unfortunately some regions are completely neglected and are not even in the
plans to get LaFibre. I was told by a MT technician that my region is not
included in the 2015-2016 planning for fibre installation. So I have to pay
Rs750+vat for a 512K connection while other are getting *TWENTY TIMES* this
speed for only 100RS more.

I want to make a formal complaint about that, which authority should I
contact?

Thanks and Regards,
