This would definitely bring some changes. The advantages of competition between two big different internet service providers could be beneficial to the consumers however as Irshaad mentioned, I too somehow don't understand how can there be competition two state-owned companies.

Also, how can CEB, which is somehow a governmental body, be a rival to MT/Orange which is also somehow government owned?
