So far, Morimode has a management problem; by not properly managing a
"giveaway campaign", not posting a giveaway item (haven't proven they did),
not replying a valid giveaway winner's email query, getting excited over a
simple email enquiry, blocking people on Twitter, threatening people with
legal tantrums.

I didn't know in 4 months companies lose so much information about
potential customers that they can't track items they have posted. 19
January till 17 April indeed looks like ages now.

Could the Giveaway be simply a marketing scam? I don't know, I can't say. I
can only speculate over the current behaviour of the company following an
announcement made on a social network platform.
