Open Source policy document

Hello,

In June 2014, I commented about the draft Open Source policy document
and made several suggestions. I also made some suggestions about
the draft policy during the workshop which was organized by the
National Computer Board.

I would be grateful if the National Computer Board could provide me
with the final version of the document about Open Source policy.
