Thunderbird email sending duplicates

Hello,

I started using Thunderbird to re-organize my email clutter. The first
email I sent to MIU ended being 3 copies in my sent items. See screenshot.

Has anybody encountered this error before? I need to get more info
before reporting it as a bug or see if it's been reported already.
