Hello,

According to ICANN, registrars are allowed to set a price for transferring
a domain :-(
https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/name-holder-faqs-2012-02-25-en

I don't like paying when transferring a domain (.mu) - paying for renewal
is obvious.
