Staying in the context, would it be a crime to sell you a knife while I
know of your intention to commit a crime?
Say you don't tell me you're going to commit a crime but I know since I
overheard your conversation for your future action.
That being said, do I become an offender under Mauritian law if I know (by
means of observation or overheard conversation) that the device I sell you
will be used for illegal activities?
