The slide mentions more than content filtering on the web. CS1P2 is
to about blocking illicit materials on ICT devices. What kind of
"cyber crime" is the National Computer Board trying to prevent?

There is the following on Slide number 29:

  "The strategy has been approved by the cabinet in October 2014"

As this is supposed to be a national Cybersecurity strategy,
shouldn't it be publicly available? This looks like one of those
documents which people do not read. The document is approved. After
a few years people complain about as a problem.
