Problem when Website is open on Different Browser

Dear Friends,

 

I am currently editing this website, but when I open it on Chrome Brower the
MENU is display HORIZONTALLY which is perfect

 

But when it is open on IE and MOZILLA the MENU of the website is display
VERTICALLY,

 

Can anyone please HELP me what is causing the problem.(The website main page
and the Screen shot of Mozilla and Chrome is attached)
